One pound (oz) of our ingredient spice rub. This is the same exact rub we use in our restaurant. It is excellent on ribs, chicken, brisket and pork. NOTE: This is intended for low and slow smoking applications where the meat is smoked for several hours. Using it as a seasoning or condiment on already cooked meat will not yield the desired taste.
